Cyphosoma is a genus of regular echinoid (sea urchin) from the Cretaceous period, known for its rounded shell and distinct tuberculate surface which once supported protective spines. These echinoids thrived in warm, shallow marine environments and are prized for their symmetry and fossil quality.
