This fossil originates from the historic Coal Measures of the Carboniferous Period, specifically found at Radstock, Somerset, UK.

Each piece has been discovered by our own field team, Alister and Alison, on 12 May 2025, and meticulously cleaned, prepared, and treated by Alison to ensure optimal preservation and visual detail.

  • Plant Group: Extinct seed ferns (Pteridospermatophyta)
  • Leaf Type: Large compound pinnules with prominent midrib
  • Geological Formation: Coal Measures
